In our ongoing efforts to offer our customers the best products backed by the highest level of service,
we are in the process of upgrading our local service network for current Illinois local service customers
which will increase feature availability and improve call quality. Effective for the 10/5/07 billing invoice,
we will begin migrating current basic line local service customers (residential and business) to a simplified
monthly pricing plan of only $35/line, which includes unlimited local calling and many standard line features!
